Criteria for fund selection include performance potential, portfolio composition and commitment to invest into seed and/or early stage companies located in Ohio. All selected funds undergo an extensive review and diligence process. Invests in seed and early stage bio-medical companies located in Israel, seeking to establish U.S. operations in the Great Lakes Region, with a focus on Ohio. Charter Life Sciences II, L.P. A clinical stage life sciences venture capital fund with offices in Cincinnati and Palo Alto, Calif. Chrysalis Ventures (Ohio) III, L.P. A venture fund investing in healthcare, business services, and media/communications sectors. The Fund’s focus is to invest in under-ventured Middle America, primarily in Midwestern and Southern United States, including Ohio. Draper Triangle Ohio Ventures, L.P. A venture fund investing in seed and early stage technology companies located primarily in the central and western Pennsylvania and Ohio region. Early Stage Partners, Fund II L.P. A venture fund, based in Cleveland, Ohio focused on seed and early stage investments in Northeast Ohio’s most promising industry clusters, including health care, information technology and advanced materials. Fletcher Spaght Ventures II, L.P. A Boston-based fund with a focus on information technology and life science investment which has established a Columbus, Ohio, office. Primus Capital Fund VI, L.P. Primus Capital is a Cleveland-based fund that will focus on companies in the business services, healthcare, education and communication sectors. Radius Ventures III, L.P. A New-York based venture capital firm focusing on leading-edge health and life sciences companies, which has established an Ohio-presence in Cleveland. Reservoir Ventures Partners II, L.P. A venture capital fund investing in seed and early stage companies located in Ohio and states contiguous to Ohio, focusing on healthcare, IT and advanced materials. River Cities Capital Fund IV, L.P.
